THE CONCEPTS.

TONE

TONE is a full-body strength class designed to sculpt and define, combining our signature intensity with controlled, Pilates-inspired movements.

Expect our signature follow-the-trainer format, where precision and control lead every sequence. The workout targets every major muscle group, building lean strength, improving stability, and creating balance throughout the body.

SCULPTING WORKOUT
FUSING INTENSITY & PILATES-INSPIRED MOVEMENTS.

CORE

CORE is a lower-body focused strength class designed to build powerful glutes and a strong, stable core. Expect the same follow-the-trainer format, combining controlled strength work with a targeted core training as an essential part of the workout.

You’ll train with resistance bands, kettlebells, and ankle weights to maximise muscle activation and precision.

Walk out feeling stronger, more connected, and challenged - with glutes and abs that stay switched on long after the workout ends.

LIFT

LIFT is an advanced, lower-body focused strength class designed to build power, muscle, and definition through barbell training.

Expect our signature follow-the-trainer format, where controlled, intentional lifts drive results. The focus is on legs and glutes, while supporting the barbell engages the upper body for full-body activation.

You’ll train with a barbell and plates to increase load and intensity, while maintaining precision in every movement. Leave The CLB feeling stronger, more powerful, and fully challenged.

Level: Advanced - experience with barbell training is recommended.
